David Inácio explica que a Sepat é responsável pela gestão patrimonial, coordenando cerca de dois milhões de bens móveis e todos os imóveis públicos de Rondônia, distribuídos em órgãos importantes como educação, segurança e saúde. Além de fiscalizar esses ativos, a secretaria é responsável por destinar os imóveis estaduais para serviços públicos, buscando atender às necessidades dos cidadãos de Rondônia.
